Jomo Cosmos have intensified their training schedule ahead of their NFD home fixture against AmaZulu on October 10, even as the team eagerly awaits the Work Permit for Kevin Ndayisenga.
The Burundian striker was on target yet again when Ezenkosi dispatched non-league side Black Poison FC 7-2 in a training game on Wednesday.
The former Bujumbura FC hit man opened the scoring at the Cosmos ground in Springfield, but the visitors leveled matters through Itumeleng Mogotsi before Mxolisi Macuphu restored Ezenkosi’s lead.
In the second period of the game, Tebogo Makobela increased the margin to 3-1, and his goal was followed by another strike by Brice Aka.
Three further goals in the third stanza wrapped up a comprehensive win for Cosmos as Motokozisi Msomi, Amara Kone and trialist Lebo Ramolesa found the back of the net to ensure a massive victory despite Mzwandile Banda pulling one back for Black Poison FC.
