Ezenkosi beaten by 9-man Cape Town All Stars

Ndlovu
Ezenkosi shot stopper, King Ndlovu thwarts a Cape Town All-Stars striker during the game on Friday.

Jomo Cosmos slipped further down the NFD league ladder after going down by a lone goal to Cape Town All-Stars at the Athlone Stadium on Friday afternoon.

The visitors failed to capitalize on their numerical advantage after the Cape side was reduced to nine men following red cards to Williams in the first half and Masana after resumption.

Lucky Setelele scored the all-important goal in the 15th minute of the game to take Igugu Lekapa up to third on the log pending Saturday’s round of matches.

Cosmos have a chance to bounce back into reckoning when they host Real Kings on October 22 in Vosloorus.
