Jomo Cosmos left back, Riaan Hanamub is part of Namibia’s 26-man squad to play in back to back Africa Cup Nations qualifier matches against Mozambique starting this weekend.
Mozambique host the Brave Warriors in Maputo as the visitors seek a change in fortunes having lost their previous eight consecutive away matches.
Namibia coach Ricardo Mannetti said: “We are all aware that our team does not have a good record on away games. The main problem is mental strength.
“We have a very good team, but we need to make sure that this time we work on the players’ mental strength, as they need to be very tough mentally and have a winning mentality if we want to go get a victory away against Mozambique.”
The return leg against Mozambique is scheduled for Sam Nujoma Stadium, Windhoek on 16 October.
