No favours for Leopards as Cosmos storm Thohoyandou in last game of regular season

Jomo Cosmos will be doing no favours to Black Leopards when both sides clash in the last game of the regular season at Thohoyandou Stadium on Sunday.

Lidoda Duvha, currently 3rd on the NFD log, need to win or at least pick a draw to seal a play-off spot, but also risk the danger of missing out should they lose the contest to 2nd-placed Ezenkosi.

Meanwhile, Cosmos will be without the experienced trio of Captain Thato Lingwati, centre back Ange Lebahi and striker Clifford Mulenga for the encounter as all three players are out with injuries.

Front men Sicelo Mkhize and Silas Maziya are also battling to be fit ahead of the play offs starting on 16 May.

However, right back Siphenathi Laqwela is back in the squad after serving out his one-game suspension.

Sunday’s game at the Thohoyandou Stadium kicks off at 15h00.
